not just Burgess, even in Dressrosa. Does that mean they all carried DFs? No, because at the moment it's only speculated that Burgess carried DFs in his bag, could have easily been something else.We don't know for sure the contents of the bag, and to assume that the samurais found it and took it...Why would they be interested in DFs in the first place? So to me it would make a lot more sense if what they carried were their belongings they lost, when they were separated from Kanjuro for exemple.
What's different from Arabasta arc is that the whole Dressrosa knew about Luffy being their saviour. That part mirrors the Fishman Island. This perhaps will make the citizen help delaying the pirates one way or another. That, or... They will do nothing except waiting Luffy to come out.
But if Luffy said that Dressrosa becoming his turf, it will be epic. I hope Oda will do that!
Why do you think Kaidou know about Poseidon? I thought he even had not realized that Doffy has been defeated? O_o
A-ha, if there really will be a stow-away just like Arabasta, I'm hoping someone from Donquixote family.
Personal Prediction:
Straw Hats and co. head for the eastern shore.
Issho predicts this and has already moved in place to stop them.
The coliseum fighters, pirates and marines brawl.
The pirates have the advantage until Issho joins in.
Though Tsuru also joins in (I think her abilities will be unexpectedly effective against Bartolomeo's barrier) Sengoku does not, as he is suffering from anemia after offering too much blood.
However Luffy is not with them, having gone to see Rebecca, and dragging Kyros with him.
Kyros and Rebecca have a heart-to-heart.
Luffy then propels himself to the ship, unintentionally hampering Issho. (I imagine a similar situation to Alabasta when Luffy first encounter Ace and Smoker).
They all then run to the ship and sail of to Zou, with Bartlomeo escorting them.
Some of the coliseum fighters stay behind to hamper the marines.
